World Wide Remedy Users Group (WWRUG) is an independent conference representing the interests of our ARSlist™ subscribers, WWRUG members, and all customers and business partners focused on the Action Request System, and the array of related applications and products.
The WWRUG annual conference is organized and planned by WWRUG, Inc. with the support of sponsorships by BMC Software, Inc. and other Remedy Partners. Presentations are delivered by a combination of BMC Staff, Partners and Customers. All of which culminate into an invaluable week of user-driven content, business-driven events and social networking.
